Simple and Elegant Wedding Inspiration | Senoia, Ga Wedding Photographer | Fine Art Film Photographer

I always love it when I get to second shoot with my sweet friend, Vic, of Vic Bonvicini Photography.  She is so kind and a joy to work with.

Alix and Eddie had a beautiful and simple wedding at a historic home near downtown Senoia (Home of the set of The Walking Dead for all you fans out there!) and the day felt so calm.  I loved it.  I also brought along one of my film cameras and finished off a roll of Portra 160 I had previously started.  Here are a few of my favorite images from that day.

These next images were taken on film.  Can you tell the difference?

Film Friday | Atlanta Film Photographers

I recently started getting into film after I received some of my grandfathers' old 35mm cameras.  To me, film just looks beautiful. However, it's trickier and definitely more expensive than digital, but I'm enjoying the learning process and all the wonderful people I've met.

There's an Atlanta Film Photographer's group that has monthly meetups and this past month, our theme was a camera swap!   Everyone brought their gear and we got to try out different cameras while walking around downtown Atlanta.

I got to borrow my friend, Leilani, of Elle Golden Photography's Pentax 645N using Portra 400, shot at 200 and now I'm hoooked - already been searching ebay for my own... goodbye, money!

Here are some of my images from that day on my first ever try of medium format!
